It has an 18k yellow gold case with 48 round brilliant cut diamonds and 36 yellow sapphires around the bezel. The watch is in good condition. It has some very minor nicks on the outer rim of the crystals, which are almost invisible to the naked eye and need a loupe to be seen. The case is very lightly scratched, with no major nicks or scratches as well as the clasp. The band is in good condition with some minor wear to it. There are no major cracks or rips on the band.
